How we build an agent
The demo is the visible part. Underneath it is the process below: understand the work properly before deciding what to build.
Five steps
- 1
Listen
We sit with your team, watch how a real person does the job, where it goes wrong, and which steps must stay human.
- 2
Write it down as a process
Each job becomes clear steps with an input, an output, and an owner. If a step is still fuzzy, we do not build it yet.
- 3
Build the agent
The agent is built on the data and tools you already use, and runs against mock data before it touches live systems.
- 4
Go live with approvals
The agent does most of the work, but important steps still wait for a human to approve. Everything is logged so you can review it later.
- 5
Tune it in the real world
The first few weeks teach us the most. We review the logs, adjust the process, and widen what the agent handles.
Available agents
| Agent | Status | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Tax filing | Live | Live. Describe the transactions in natural language and the agent returns an XML file ready to submit to the tax authority. |
| Mail manager | Mock data | See how the agent reads, sorts, and drafts replies to your inbox. |
| Accountant | Mock data | See how the agent extracts document data and reconciles the books. |
| Clothing store | Mock data | A customer-service chat bot for a clothing store: taking orders, managing inventory, checking order status and shipments, and handling complaints. |
| More agents | Coming soon | More agents are in the works. Need one for a specific job? Tell us about it. |
